Cyberdog Telnet Client

This is clearly the least refined part of the Cyberdog experience. It'll work, but several other Telnet clients are leaps and bounds ahead of the Cyberdog telnet part. If anyone has a hankering to write an OpenDoc/Cyberdog part, an improved telnet client, or even better, a full featured M* client would be a wonderful addition to CD's repertoire.

Not much to say here. If you are having trouble getting what you type to show up on the screen, check "Local Echo" in the setup. Use caution when working remotely, since there have been reports of hard freezes when using telnet (some from me...).

Update: Open Transport 1.3 seems to get rid of the Telnet freeze problem that I and others have encountered. It also seems to clear up the problem I've had with mail checks causing hard freezes.
